- Receive honest, unbiased investment advice free of commission conflicts
- Get a written Investment Policy Statement (IPS) documenting your goals and risk profile
- Receive all fees and charges in writing before engagement
- Access all disclosures about our business, conflicts, and qualifications
- Terminate our agreement at any time with written notice
- Lodge complaints with SEBI SCORES if unresolved by us
- Participate in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via SmartODR
- Receive regular portfolio reports and performance reviews
- Have your personal and financial data treated with strict confidentiality
- Provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation
- Disclose all existing investments, liabilities, and insurance policies
- Inform us promptly of any changes in financial circumstances or goals
- Complete and update your KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation
- Read all offer documents and investment disclosures before investing
- Understand that investments are subject to market risks
- Not share login credentials or sensitive financial information electronically
- Exercise independent judgement; advice does not guarantee returns
- Report grievances through official SEBI channels if unresolved
